Jenny Valdez was 6 years old when her father purchased their first family home in North Hollywood, yet she remembers it as if it were yesterday. It was the moment she recognized her burning passion for real estate. She remembers her parents’ contagious joy and excitement with stunning clarity. Jenny not only wanted that same feeling for herself; she wanted to spread it to as many people as possible. These days, she firmly believes the American Dream is alive and well and has fully devoted herself to helping others achieve it with her unique blend of honesty, hard work, and creativity.
She spent over two decades starting her own family. Though every moment was worth it, Jenny found being a mother of 4 to be a full time job, leaving her no time to honor her real estate passions. But once her children had grown, she found nothing standing between her and bringing the joy of generational wealth to friends, family, and beyond.
Since then, Jenny’s love of helping others has driven her to tirelessly serve clients across the Greater Los Angeles area with a focus on the Santa Clarita Valley and Granada Hills. She enjoys meeting new people and going the extra mile for their real estate goals, exhibiting a rare grit that pairs well with her meticulous attention to detail. Topped off with her cheerful, friendly demeanor, Jenny commits to her clients with unwavering focus, serving up results with a smile.
In her free time, Jenny spends her time with her proud military family. In addition to being the mother of 4 beautiful children, she’s also the grandmother of one awesome little boy! She also prioritizes fitness, regularly signing up for marathons and hitting vigorous hiking trails.
